Stattus4 is a company that develops technologies with IoT and artificial intelligence capabilities in order to improve efficiency in water distribution, detect and limit leaks automatically, and enable clients to remotely monitor natural gas consumption. The company is headquartered in Brazil and is attempting to combat water and natural gas distribution problems in Latin America.

Stattus4 provides two major solutions: 4fluid and 4gas. 4fluid is developed with IoT and utilizes mobile and fixed sensors which detect and anticipate leaks in water distribution systems. The mobile sensors are composed of a collector with a dashboard which collects data that is analyzed by an artificial intelligence system to identify possible leaks. Similarly, the fixed sensors identify actual leakage and possible leaks due to, for example, damaged water meters. 4gas attempts to improve gas distribution by using smart sensors. Installation of the smart sensors is non invasive and does not require new gas meters.
