    ASAP Grievance Mechanism

The Lightsmith Group welcomes feedback from all of its stakeholder groups. Grievances, comments, questions or concerns related to any of Lightsmith’s activities can be communicated anonymously either through email below or by post.

Lightsmith, with funding from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), is leading the Adaptation SME Accelerator Program (ASAP). The funding will support the market mapping and ecosystem-building of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Latin America & the Caribbean, Africa, and Asia Pacific that have technologies and solutions that can help to assess and address the risks and impacts exacerbated by climate change. Conservation International is the GEF Implementing Agency for this project.

If stakeholders have any concerns relating to Lightsmith’s activities, including the Adaptation SME Accelerator Program (ASAP), please contact the Lightsmith Group

For comments related to ASAP, if your concerns are not adequately addressed after contacting the Lightsmith Group, you are invited to contact Conservation International (CI)’s Director of Compliance
